CSR Policy

Fashion Paints accepts that, company and the society are mutually dependent on each other and the growth of company is directly linked with the growth of society as well. As a part of social responsibility Fashion paints will deploy certain amount of resources to the community/environment every year. Deployment of resources shall be done for the preservation of environment, development of community irrespective of caste, religion, gender race, etc. However, it will be sole decision of company’s management, whether or not to participate in any specific CSR activity, company will not be bound to participate in any CSR as on demand of any specific pressure groups.

We shall preserve the reputation of the company in the market, by increasing the quality of products and services as required by our customers. We shall not hesitate to move forward for continual improvement in product quality and manufacturing process. We are committed, to introduce structured training and development programs for all employees to ensure the all-time better delivery of services and to create an environment to encourage teams and individuals to work and express freely, towards the attainment of company goals and objective.

Customer Policy

Entire unit of Fashion Paints is truly accountable towards customer satisfaction and customer retention. Fashion paints is always committed to offer the optimum value for money to all of its customer and putting customer first will remain the key strategy for the company. Fashion paints is committed to operate in ethical way, treating all customer in equal manner as we ourselves would like to be treated as customer. Fashion paints shall value the experience of all customer as real on ground actual performance of the products and services offered by the company. Listening to customer experience and accept the fact “Customer is always right” shall be non-negotiable element of customer vision.

Environment Policy

Fashion paints is and will be always committed towards the protection and preservation of environment, using non-hazardous raw materials in manufacturing process. We shall not support any action or process while manufacturing, which is harmful for environment. And will also discourage the practices of using harmful and hazardous components in industry, which can affect the environment adversely. We shall focus on, waste minimization, reduction of all type of environmental pollution, reduction of all type of solid/liquid/gas/dust form of waste and shall practice for safe and environment friendly method for waste disposal. We shall consider the compliance of international standards for the safety and preservation of environment to the extent of best practicable in local context.

Company shall not discriminate among any of stakeholders on the basics of race, religion, color, sex, sexual orientation, disability or marital status, being all other factors equal.
